Well, I've been interested in Consciousness for several years now. My heart just sings when I see, hear and read about people finding their own truth within and sharing that with kindness. I have been practising and teaching meditationon and off since I was 18, and it continues to be such a beautiful gift in my life. In fact, Life is the Gift, our part is simply to show up for it!
